Sarah is an accredited executive coach and facilitator working across industries with individuals and teams. She focuses on helping people to manage change, invest in themselves and to develop their careers at all stages of their working lives. Sarah specialises in helping working parents to balance their career development with family life, provides career change and executive coaching programmes and is training to be a Time To Think® coach.

Sarah’s 25-year background in independent consultancy, business development and training have provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges, opportunities and requirements faced by organisations, as well as how coaching can effectively help individuals and teams to develop, grow and meet these needs. She now also blends her passion and knowledge of coaching, the coaching market, sales and marketing and working with groups to help coaches establish, re-ignite and sustain their coaching careers and businesses.

Sarah manages a portfolio of coaching associate roles with private clients. She is an accreditation and parental leave coach for the MTPT Project, an associate at My Confidence Matters, works through online platforms RightCoach and myonlinecoach, and has also worked as an associate coach for Right Management. She is also a coaching supervisor.
